These solutions also offer continuous support to local educators, promoting professional development and the exchange of best practices. This expansion not only strengthens Conexia's presence in the educational landscape but also reinforces the company's commitment to advancing education across the country by enhancing educators with the latest pedagogical methodologies and innovative teaching materials, always focused on the learning process. After the implementations, our Customer Success team will continue throughout the year with personalized and in-depth support according to the institution's needs. The LEX Card is the key to easy and secure access, providing students with a simple and practical solution with image codes and QR Code. Automation in registration and enrollment management simplifies school operations, promoting efficiency and making school administration less complex.

We proudly highlight the success of our students in Santa Catarina, with extraordinary approval rates in the ENEM and public universities. The ENEM, being one of the most challenging assessments, witnessed our students excelling in various areas of knowledge.
Furthermore, approvals in public universities underscore the solid preparation provided by our educational system, which aims not only for exam approval but also for the comprehensive development of students. We congratulate each student for their dedicated effort and each educator for their valuable contribution. Together, we are shaping bright futures and paving the way for academic success.

On Monday, January 22nd, our partners embarked on a journey to London in search of knowledge and learning. The first stop of the trip was at Wellington Primary School, a school for Early Childhood Education and Elementary School - Early Years. There, they toured the facility and got firsthand experience with the learning methodology, pedagogical practices, and how the use of technology enhances teaching.
They also visited Putteridge High School, a school for Middle and High School - Final Years. They learned even more about the British educational system and were impressed by the quality of education, focused on practical skills and personal development.
Another highlight of the trip was the visit to BET UK, the world's largest educational technology fair, where they could see the latest trends in education.

It was an incredible and inspiring experience for all participants.

With the aim of promoting evolution and innovation in partner schools, the program is based on promoting new ways of teaching and learning, considering the changes in the world and the need to develop essential competencies and skills for the future of work.
The 2023/2024 edition of the Program is exclusively aimed at partner schools that have adopted Conexia's educational solutions, namely the AZ Platform, High Five Bilingual Education, and My Life Socioemotional Program, by January 2023. Therefore, a school can compete in all three categories if it adopts all the solutions. The pillars evaluated will be: Integrated Experience, Pedagogical, and Management.
All information regarding tracks, scoring, courses, events, and other essential details are available on the Customer Portal website, accessible through Lex. It is important to highlight that requirements, documents, and recognitions may undergo changes without prior communication. We suggest that participants pay attention to the constant communications and publications on the website.

The program will have an evaluation period from August 2023 to June 2024, starting with the submission of qualitative evidence of the pedagogical pillar, with a deadline of April 30th.

The disclosure of selected projects is scheduled for the Annual Meeting 2024, on June 5th and 6th, 2024.
